Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, typically related to service disruptions or unfulfilled features as promised during the enrollment process.
- If your brand approval is denied and you have already made a payment, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- If technical issues prevent you from uploading products for more than 10 consecutive business days after payment and approval, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund.
Non-Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Changes of mind after service activation.
- Failure to meet product upload guidelines after successful brand approval and payment.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@yourbrand.com with your enrollment details and the reason for your request. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
Service Suspension for Non-Payment
For monthly payment plans, if a bill remains unpaid, your service will be suspended after a grace period of 15 days from the due date. Access to platform features and your products will be temporarily restricted until payment is made.
